                                         •    BID PRICE: The price one is willing to pay for a security.
                                         •    BOOK VALUE PER SHARE: The accounting value of a share of a common
                                                                  stock, determined by dividing the company’s net worth by the
                                                                  number of shares that are circulating.
                                         •    BUY-AND-HOLD: A strategy in which the stock portion of one’s portfolio is fully
                                                                      invested, including dividends reinvestments, at all times.
